1. Can you help with cabinets design?
Sorry we do not design. Our focus is on sourcing kitchen and bath cabinets to match your requirements. However we are able to provide advice from production, engineering, materializing or cost view.
2. Do you have quality warranty for import kitchen cabinets?
Manufacturers will offer their individual warranties and these will be provided as part of a sales contract or quality specifications. Chinese manufacturers produce your kitchen cabinets or bathroom vanities according to your design and quality criterion, any defective parts will be replaced for free.
3. Would import cabinets have formaldehyde emission?
All PCS' factories use CARB certificated plywood/MDF from reliable suppliers. In technical terms, this means 100% of a cabinetry's products are compliant with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) to reduce formaldehyde emissions from composite wood products including hardwood plywood (HWPW), medium density fiberboard (MDF), and particleboard (PB)(Title 17, California Code of Regulations). In laymen's terms, it means that our cabinets comply with the strictest regulations regarding formaldehyde.
4. What wood species are available?
A variety of wood species are available including: birch,oak,maple,walnut,beech. For other species, please contact PCS for consultation.
5. What is your production capacity?
PCS is well connected with many kitchen and bath cabinets manufacturers, whose monthly capacities vary from 5 to 80 40' containers. Our main factory's capacity is approximately 80 containers/month of American standard kitchen and bath cabinets; and we always have reserve factories.
6. Is your price competitive?
PCS is the sourcing agent working on behalf of your interest and we offer great value to our clients through a competitive fee structure. Part of our role is to negotiate the best prices for you. A great price is one of PCS' key commitments to customers.
7. What is the payment term & price term?
Generally we work on T/T: 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. Price term is FOB Qingdao.
8. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ), how many cabinets do we need to order?
Basically we work on container loads which means a minimum order could be a 20'ft container but we strongly recommend you using 40'ft for better sea freight cost and convenience of production. As a guide about 800 flat packed kitchen cabinets or bathroom vanities plus some trim pieces fit into a 40'ft container.
9. What is the packing like?
Packed individually, knock down style (optional assembled style available on request). Poly foam and corner protection inside, A# grade corrugated cover and tray carton used to provide best protection to the cabinets.
