2. Would import cabinets have formaldehyde emission?
All PCS' cabinet factories only use plywood of E1 degree with CARB certificated glue from reliable plywood suppliers. Independent certification can be provided as required. In technical terms, this means 100% of a cabinetry's products are compliant with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) to reduce formaldehyde emissions from composite wood products including hardwood plywood (HWPW), medium density fiberboard (MDF), and particleboard (PB)(Title 17, California Code of Regulations). In laymen's terms, it means that our cabinets comply with the strictest regulations regarding formaldehyde.
3. What wood species are available?
A variety of wood species are available among our kitchen cabinet factories, including: birch,poplar,alder,oak,maple,walnut,beech. For other species, please contact PCS for consultation.
4. What is your cabinet production capacity?
Our kitchen cabinet and bath cabinets manufacturing network has a huge potential of production capacity. Our cabinet factory's monthly capacities vary from 5 to 80 40' containers. Our main cabinet factory's capacity is approximately 80 containers/month of American standard kitchen cabinets and bath cabinets; and we always got "Plan B" for you, so capacity is not a problem.
5. Is your cabinet price competitive?
We are always working on behalf of your interest and we offer best value to our clients through a competitive fee structure. Part of our role is to negotiate the best prices for your kitchen cabinet and bathroom cabinet demands. Great price is one of our key commitments to customers.
6. What is the payment term & price term?
Generally our cabinet factory's payment term is T/T 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. And our commission to be paid separately. Price term is FOB Qingdao.
7. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ), how many kitchen cabinets do we need to order?
Basically we work on container loads which means a minimum order could be a 20'ft container but we strongly recommend you using 40'ft for more economic sea freight cost and convenience of production. As a guide about 800 flat packed kitchen cabinets or bathroom vanities plus some trim pieces fit into a 40'ft container.
8. What is the packing like?
The kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets are packed individually, knock down style (optional assembled style available on request). Poly foam and corner protection inside, A# grade corrugated cover and tray carton used to provide best protection to the cabinets.
9. Where is your fee from? Do you get money from factory?
The only source of our income is commission paid by our customer. No, we never take any money from kitchen cabinet factory, that deed violate our values and principle. We provide cabinet sourcing services to customer, like their kitchen cabinet buying office in China and get paid for our services. All works we do represent our customer's interest.
10. Can you help sourcing other products other than kitchen cabinet or bathroom cabinet?
Kitchen cabinet and bathroom cabinet have been the product we concentrated on. Cabinet is the sole product we do and this enable us to provide professional services to customers. However, we help customers sourcing other related products on request occasionally, like cabinet hardware, countertop, or other kitchen and bathroom products, as one of our value-added services.
